What this site collects
Only what you type into the request form, and only when you submit it. Nothing is collected from you just for reading these pages.
- your name
- your phone number
- the service address
- whether you are buying, selling, or asking for a valuation
- anything you typed in the description box
This list is generated from the form itself rather than written by hand, so it cannot fall out of date with what the form actually sends.
Who else receives it
When you submit the form, what you typed is transmitted to Formspree (
formspree.io), a third-party
form-handling service, which delivers it to us. They process it
on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We do not sell
your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for
marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of work discussed, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics script, and carries no advertising pixel. There is nothing here to opt out of. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through elena@harborviewrealty.example and we will action it. You never have to use the form at all — the phone number at the top of every page reaches us directly.
